no proft basis and free dialysis with DONOR'S support

Donors - Donors are the financial backbone of any NGO doing service for charity - benefitting a large population. Our society is also associated with a large group of DONORS, PHILANTHROPIST, SERVICE ORIENTED PEOPLE - who donate for a just cause like ours - doing dialysis on charity.

OUR PROCESS FOR DIALYSIS
Patient has to approach our centre at JAIN MEDICAL & DIALYSIS CENTRE -

Timings are 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Monday - Saturday
Sunday holiday
Fill up the information sheet requiring details of the patient supported by a proof of residence, aadhar card, PAN card and two photographs.
Patient case history is reviewed by our Nephrologist
Required tests are prescribed to patients
Patient admitted on evaluation of our Nephrologist
